Yesterday , I Watched This Show....It BADLY TOUCHED MY HEART...
If You Havent Watch The Movie...Here's The Sypnopsis....
The plot revolves around the lives of Tom Yeo, his younger brother Jerry and their friend Lim Chengcai. 15-year-old Tom is technologically inclined and a talented blogger, while 8-year-old Jerry enjoys the performing arts and has the lead role in his school concert. Mr. and Mrs. Yeo's busy schedules give them little time to spend with their children, leading to a strained relationship. With his mother absent, Chengcai was raised by his ex-convict father , whose fighting skills he inherited.
During a school check for mobile phones, Tom is caught with a pornographic VCD. As his teacher confiscates it, Chengcai makes a cheeky remark that provokes the teacher into slapping him, leading to an exchange that escalates into a massive scuffle. The principal decides to expel Chengcai and Tom receives a public caning for his part in the scuffle. Tom and Chengcai join a local street gang; as their initiation, they are forced to shoplift an iPod. However, they are caught by two conmen posing as police officers, who demand that they pay $2000 within two days or be arrested.
While tutoring his sons, Mr. Yeo tells them that people will pay $500 for an hour of his time. Jerry, who wants his parents to come to his school concert, starts saving money and eventually resorts to stealing. After he is caught, his furious father canes him, but calms down when the boy explains that he wanted $500 to "buy" an hour of his father's time. This prompts Mr. and Mrs. Yeo to read Tom's blog and realise how unappreciated and alienated their children feel.
Unable to raise $2000 themselves, Tom and Chengcai rob an old lady of her necklace, but regret their action and try to return it to her. A struggle occurs, and Chengcai bumps into several gangsters, while Tom's mobile phone falls out of his pocket. The phone hits the ground, accidentally calling Mr. Yeo, who is doing a presentation about 3G Phones for a contract worth $3 million. He rushes off to the scene and pleads the old lady to give Tom a second chance. When the police arrive, she tells them she made a prank call. Two days later, Mr. Yeo meets the conmen and gives them thousands of dollars of hell money; the conmen are then arrested by real police officers who have been waiting in ambush close by. Having finally understood their children, the Yeo parents watch Jerry's concert, much to his delight.
Later, the gangsters whom Chengcai bumped into earlier beat him up. Mr. Lim, who happens to be nearby, tries to protect his son, but is beaten. He is taken to a hospital, critically injured. On his deathbed, Mr. Lim tells Chengcai that he loves him and that he should pursue his talent for fighting. Witnessing this scene, the principal is touched and allows Chengcai to return to school. The boy eventually becomes an internationally recognised martial artist
How Does This Story Influence Me In Real Life:
Friendship:
The Two Guys Are Best of Friends and No Matter Who Gets into Trouble, They Always Have Each Other’s Back. I Will Never Know The True Meaning Of Friendship Till I Learn How To Gain And Give Trust And Respect.
Parent’s Love:
There Was A Part Where The Guy Was Given A Children Bag With A TMNT Picture On The Back. He Didn’t Want It Cuz It Was Kinda Childish Which I Would Think So Too. Then, Later In The Movie, His Dad Got A Head Injury And He Was Gonna Be An Orphan. He Took That Bag To School The Day Before His Dad Died. I Have Learned That Whatever And However Humiliating The Object Is Given To Us By Our Parents, We Must Be Grateful To It As It Could Be Their Last Gift From Our Parents Before They Pass On.
Violence:
As We Can See Today, Over 10 Children Appear On The Newspaper Due To Their Parents Doing Physical Punishment To Their Children. There Can Be More Than 1000 Children Abuse Around Malaysia Itself That Didn’t Appear In The Newspaper. In The Movie, The Teenagers And Everyone Among Them Are Being Punished As We Can Tell As I Think That Caning Our Children Is NEVER The Answer. I Go To A Private School Now. So, There Is No Such Thing As Caning The Students Here But Demerits. This Is Good. While In The Movie, The Principal Says That Caning The Naughty Students In Front Of His/Her Friend, They Will Feel Humiliated And When They Want To Do Another Offence, They Will Think Twice. I Do Agree On That But There Is No Need To Cane Them In Front Of Their Friends. I Have Learn That VIOLENCE IS NEVER THE ANSWER And That I Should Listen And Talk Than Go Straight To Punishment.
Choices:
In Every Second Of Our Life, There Are Choices And We Sometimes Choose The Wrong Ones. These Wrong Choices May Cause Fatalities. In The Movie, The 2 Guys Started To Smoke And They Joined A Gangster Group. But Every Choices Can Be Corrected As Later They Stopped Doing The Things They Used To Do That They Think That It’s Not Good. I Have Learned That We Should Think Twice And We Should Not Get Influenced Easily By Our Friends. I Am Kinda Friends To Everyone Good Or Bad. But I Don’t Get Influenced Easily.

Just now wuz d HIV/AIDS talk...it wuz nice...yet awesome! All Of THEM r foreigners.... Bt Then...I gt 2 take a personal pic wit them which wuz nice of em' I gt 2 play one game where we had 2 make a circle... There iz a person in d middle of the circle n he has 2 fall around d circle where we r supposed 2 support him... Then...one by one we r nt supposed 2 support him where he didnt feelt really supported....
